How to look at and print Health Concerns

While the school nurse updates health concerns for your students, s/he cannot print out the Health Concerns List that should go in the Sub Folder (and also should be studied by the teacher).

While this should be done at the beginning of the school year, it is appropriate to check back again in a month since the nurse is still adding health concerns.

To examine specific Health Concerns:

  1. If you see a “serpent” next to a student’s name, that student has a health concern.
  2. Click on the serpent and you will see “Student Health Alerts”.
  3. Then click on the “note pad” next to the Health Alert and you will see additional information (such as care for your diabetic students).

To print a Health Concerns list for the Sub Folder: (teachers need to do this; nurses don't have the ability to)

  1. Select “Zangle Reports
  2. Click on “TeacherConnection
  3. Click on “Class Rosters
  4. Click on “Health Alert Rosters
  5. From Print Roster For: select
    1. a single class (e.g. Math) [Elementary School]
    2. <All Classes> [Middle or High School]
  6. Select “Create Report
  7. Print the report.
