Yoga Ed. will be utilized as part of a training course for K-6 classroom teachers during ASDSA. Yoga Ed.'s online Chair Yoga & Mindful Practices course will equip staff with the knowledge and skills to create sustainable chair yoga exercises to meet physical activity breaks during the school day.
Yoga Ed. is able to offer a fully-online, asynchronous course enrollment in either Chair Yoga & Mindful Practices for Children or Chair Yoga & Mindful Practices for Teens, depending on the appropriate age group for each teacher. The online course will include video lectures, engaging chair yoga practices, a downloadable classroom guide and sample lesson plans, workbooks, and key teaching points for each grade group.
