MentorcliQ will allow us to move the management of the AEA/ASD Mentor Program to an online platform. The platform will assist in making mentor/mentee matches, provide a space to manage mentor relationships, track hours for accountability and recognition purposes, and is designed to keep all partners in a mentor relationship engaged throughout the process. We will manage Early Career and Transition mentors, Evaluation Support Coaches, and Cohorts in the platform.
