Scribbles offers online records requests (ScribOrder, ScribTransfer) and online registration (ScribEnroll) along with other solutions. Each of their SAS solutions is engineered to provide students, families, and businesses equitable access to school district resources. During COVID-19, ASD has a need to automate face-to-face and “in school” tasks to fulfill the needs of our families. Currently, we cannot print/stamp/certify and mail transcripts. ScribOrder is the first application in this solution that would be deployed. ScribTransfer would also be advantageous to handle out-of-district records requests from other K-12 Districts to improve security of producing electronic records, capturing metrics, and providing proof for state reporting improving grad and dropout rate.
