Description
Toontastic 3D is an app available for iOS, Android and Chromebook Devices. The software allows students to create digital stories using templates or by creating custom artwork. Students can add images, text, and audio recordings to their story creations. Students can animate the characters. This free app is created (or at least owned) by Google. There is no login or password required, works offline, creations are easily exportable.
