Welcome to South Anchorage High School!

My name is Amy Habberstad and I have been teaching at South since it opened in 2004. I graduated from Boise State University in 1998 with a degree in English Secondary Education and a minor in Psychology; I received my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction at UAA in 2005. In addition to my teaching load at South, I am a wife and mom of two. I am the advisor of both the Peer Mentorship and the Student Government class.
