*Encourage curiosity and enjoyment of learning
*Develop social skills
*Help all my students reach the Anchorage School District kindergarten standards
I desire to empower children :
* To problem solve
* Learn from each other
* To learn that there are many ways to accomplish things
* To take responsibility for their own learning
In Kindergarten we are becoming readers, writers, mathematicians and thinkers! Our curriculum consists of: the GoMath!
program, Houghton Mifflin Language Arts curriculum the Great Body Shop Health curriculum, three different
science kits, and a social studies
program that focuses on neighborhood and community. I invite all parents to stop by and visit or help out
