Welcome to Ms. Stigall's Music Notes page! This year we have some exciting field trips lined up for our students. And we are looking for parents
willing to chaperone these music events. On Oct 9, 2008 at 10:00 AM the 3rd through 6th grade students will be attending a concert at the PAC.
The Anchorage Concert Chorus will be performing along with the Anchorage Symphony Orchestra. The concert is called "Young at Heart" and
includes music from The Wizard of Oz, The Swan Princess, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and much more!

What: Campbell Cubs Opera Night Out to attend "La tabernera del puerto" or "Hot Spanish Nights"
When: March 24, 2009 at 7 PM
Where: Performing Arts Center in the Discovery Theater

Permission slips have been handed out to students in grades 4-6 who were interested in attending. Permission slips are to be turned in to Ms. Stigall starting on March 18,
2009 at 8:40 AM. The first 30 students who return the permission slips will be able to attend the event.

The first and second half of the program will feature flamenco dancing, spanish guitar, and spanish songs. The third half of the program will feature highlights from "La
taernera del puerto" or "Hot Spanish Nights". The entire opera will not be performed. The general manager of the opera has assured me that this production is appropriate
