Hello! My name is Elizabeth Cuddihy, and I'm the Computer Technology teacher at Hanshew. I grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina where in 1987 I earned a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. My first
career as a software engineer was in the telecommunications industry. Over time my work took me to Colorado where I lived for 14 years with my husband and three kids. Following that, we moved to Juneau, Alaska where we
lived for 4 years; and while there I returned to school and earned an M.A. in Teaching from the University of Alaska Southeast.
I came to Hanshew in October of 2007 and have been the Computer Technology teacher ever since. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of technology with students in a way that makes their use of computers more effective as
well as more efficient. Furthermore, I hope my students leave with a better understanding of and appreciation for technology because their lives will be greatly impacted by it.
