Welcome to the Art room!
I teach Art at Homestead and Fire Lake Elementary on a 2 week rotation schedule.
I absolutely LOVE my job!
Working with children and watching their creative side be expressed through art is definitely the highlight of my day.
My students never cease to amaze me with their artistic talent.
Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, Weaving,Collage, Printmaking and Art History are introduced at all grade levels.
MARCH IS YOUTH ART MONTH !
This is when the Anchorage School District Student Art Show(K-12) is displayed at the Anchorage Museum of History and Art.
I also try to display student art work throughout our Eagle River community representing the young artists from both of my schools.
The more people that see our awesome, talented students the better!
