ADAM MACKIE

Mr. Mackie teaches with the hope that his skills and training can help assure a quality education for all his students. He lives with his wife (Margaret), and two children (Noah and Hazel) in Anchorage, and loves reading, poetry, contemplation, and good conversation. Mr. Mackie graduated from Colorado State University with an M.A. in English, with a concentration in Education, in 2011, and the University of Alaska Anchorage, with a B.A. in Journalism/Public Communication and Philosophy, in 2004. Mr. Mackie has experience teaching English from elementary school to middle school to high school to college.
