Fall Haikus and Leaf Rubbings

Please have three Haiku poems (rough drafts) and the sample leaf rubbings ready for by Monday, September 21. Remember, a Haiku is a Japanese poem with 5 beats in the first line, 7 beats in the second line, and 5 beats in the third line. Haiku poems are about nature, and they do not have to rhyme. The theme for our Haiku poems is autumn.

Leaves are falling down
Cold wind is starting to blow
Autumn is now here
