Escrip Fundraiser

Details

Download the form and ask people to put their Carrs card number on the form, and West Soccer gets a percentage of their purchases!!

Important facts about the Carr's escrip fundraiser:

1. Need name
2. Need address and zip
3. Need phone number
4. Need Carrs card number on back of card. Usually starts with 460........ and it is11 digit number

Don't ask people you've asked before (if you did it last year).

There is not a date to get these into me but if I could have them by the end of April we would get more money from Safeway.
