REMINDERS: Terra Nova testing will be held next week, Feb. 1 & 2. It is very important that your child is here. There will be make up days, I believe, on Thurs., and Friday.
Continue to READ for Reading Logs--20 minutes a day--minimum!

Monday:
*New Reading Log handed out. Last weeks is due today.
*Spelling # 14. Write words five times each. Due on Tuesday.
*Read Novel - "The Adventures of Ulysses" aloud in class. Finish "The Cyclop's Cave" and begin "Keeper of the Winds."

Tuesday:
*Spelling Master 14 A&C. Due on Wed. (pds. 3&5) Due on Thurs. (pds. 4 & 6)
*Finish chapter in novel. Review what we've read and take Quiz #1.
*Work on answering the two sections in the Ulysses Packet explaining the danger Ulysses faces and how he escapes.

Wed., & Thurs., (BLOCKING DAYS!)
* Classroom Spelling Bee. Winners will compete in the School Spelling Bee on Feb. 9, 2011.

Friday:
*Spelling Test #14
*Continue reading in novel.
