Great Wall of China Map

This is an art/social studies link to our reading assignment for the story we read in class on the Great Wall of China. Students were able to check out a classroom atlas to help them with the assignment, and they have been given the following information:

* Draw or trace a map of china (from atlas)
* Locate and lable major cities during the Mind Dynasty (see web page links)
* Draw the course of the Great Wall (as it is currently)
* Note any special geographic features at different points along the wall (valleys, mountains, etc.)
* Include major rivers and regions of China on your map.
* Include a compass rose and scale.
