A transplant from Washington state, I have been teaching  7th Grade Social Studies and Business Education here at MLMS since it opened.  Prior to my journey to Alaska, I had spent the majority of my life growing up in Mt Vernon, Washington - a small town north of Seattle. Our recent family photograph actually was taken on Sunset Beach near of Anacortes, Washington.

As a member of my class, I hope you are ready to explore the world.  Once we knock the dust off your Geography skills, we will tour the globe exploring Alaska through Zimbabwe and everything in between.
