Odds and Ends - Entourage

People have been asking me about signatures, etc. on e-mails.  Many people are not getting the formatting that they are hoping for.

The default installation of Entourage leaves settings for ‘plain-text’ emails – nothing but boring characters in the default font.  If you want to change this, while you are in Entourage,

• From the Entourage menu, select Preferences
• Under Mail and News Preferences, select Compose
• On the right-hand side, click on the pop-up next to Mail Format: and change Plain Text to HTML.
• Close out and you should be good to go.
