To Add a Transfer Student

There are several ways to add a student and include his/her transfer grade:

Fill right through the entire gradebook

• Enter the student on the Student Tab
• On the Score Tab, add the transfer grade into the first cell.
• Click on the first score and from the Tools menu, select Fill, and Across

This will scale each assignment appropriately for each number of possible points.

Add a Separate Transfer Assignment

It is also possible to add a separate assignment that has the same number of points as all of the points up until that time and add the grade for the transfer student only. If you leave the cells blank for all other students, it will not count for them.
