JAPANESE LEVEL I

Class Introduction:

Japanese Level 1

Third period

We will use the text book Adventures in Japanese as well as supplementary materials in the form of cultural articles, relevant film and guest speakers to introduce the students to the wonder of Japanese.

The year of study will delve into the hiragana writing system as well as katakana. Topics will range from basic greeting to family and hobbies. The course follows the textbook through chapter 8.
