Grade 9-10 Language Arts

Most everyone has used Microsoft Word for word processing for years. This session looks at some of the ingrained inefficiencies that some use, as well as some of the less common tools. It also serves as an introduction to computer graphics in word processing.

This year (2007-2008) both 9th and 10th grade classes will receive approximately the same lesson. Next year, as the freshmen who received this lesson move up to 10th grade, a more advanced lesson will be presented.

It could be incorporated into an existing Language Arts assignment, or be done as a 'stand-alone' class.
