What you should have done, is to plan ahead and save as a different file type :) but, this has happened to everyone, so
There are sites on the web that allow you to convert files to different types, including Microsoft Publisher (Windows only) to PDF (universal). A couple to consider (warning: I have little experience with these, they are commercial sites with pop-up ads):
- http://zamzar.com/ - converts from one format to another, including Microsoft Works to Word and various files to pdf
- https://www.pdfonline.com/convert_pdf.asp - creates pdf files
