PERIOD 2: HONORS U.S. HISTORY
Class Introduction:Intensive course studying U.S History. The first semester covers from the Colonial Era to Progressive Era. The second semester covers from the Age of Imperialism to present day. As an honors class, the pace is much quicker than a regular class. There are more homework assignments, primary document readings, and quizzes. During second semester, I assign a 10 page research paper. Any student who takes this class is expected to participate and perform at a high academic level. If a student doesn't like to take notes, then this class is not for them!
